Building Communities requires Consultation with Neighbours

Toronto’s residents deserve thoughtful planning decisions that keep neighbourhoods livable, free of Cannabis and alcohol sales, after hours noise, crime, and pests and where bylaw enforcement can keep up with demands. Equally, we cannot lose more housing or drive tenant evictions.

I agree with the Coalition of Toronto Residents Associations (COTRA) that Council MUST carefully review this item and consider amendments that respond to the concerns of Toronto residents.

Together we can move ahead with a targetted and measured approach … one neighbourhood at a time.
